The Kumasi Circuit court has finally granted Kwaw Kese bail. He was granted bail based on health grounds.kwaw kese, who is facing charges for publicly smoking weed has been on admission at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) after he was taken ill.
He has been on remand for over a month at the Kumasi Central Prison since his arrest in November. He is to appear in court on 5th January, 2015.
